As a small, family-owned business founded by two U.S. Army veterans, we built True North Standard around the values that have always guided us: integrity, honesty, and an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way.

Our story began at home. When our son struggled with chronic skin irritation, we searched for products that could help him feel comfortable in his own skin. After trying countless options, we decided to take matters into our own hands.

We began making our own tallow-based soaps and skincare products, carefully choosing ingredients and learning what worked for our family. The difference we saw inspired us to share what we were creating with others.

What started as a solution for our son became something much bigger: a family business built on transparency, thoughtful ingredients, and a genuine desire to help other families care for their skin.
